When my wife and I decided to move into the Kitchener-Waterloo area we had a very tight timeline and unfortunately we were also very picky about the kind of neighborhood and house we wanted to find. We were also first time home buyers and were stressed out about the prospect of making the plunge into the homeownership and needed someone to have our best interest in mind throughout the process. We were skeptical of real estate agents and naturally worried about finding the right person for us. Eva Munch came highly recommended to us by someone at work and so we decided to put our trust in her.

Both my wife and I were taken aback by Eva's genuine interest in trying to find us a house that we would be completely satisfied with. Throughout our search, Eva was unbelievably patient, she never pushed us to put offers on any houses that we saw (and there were many), and most importantly she listened to our feedback and remembered our likes and dislikes. Eva was also very mindful of our budget and was interested in making sure that we didn't get in over our heads which is very easy to do when you are buying real estate. Eva's availability was also very impressive, as we were from out of town and had to drive into the Kitchener-Waterloo area to search for homes, she was able to arrange her schedule in such way so as to meet with us whenever we were able to come in.

Eva worked hard to find us a home that we are absolutely ecstatic about and then aggressively negotiated on our behalf to get in within our budget! Despite being busy, we were very appreciative that Eva made the time to accomplish this by meeting a few times late in the evening over a number of consecutive days. Eva's services didn't end with the successful offer of the home. Eva helped us by suggesting a few home inspectors, was able to help us find cleaners for our home, people to come in and do the duct cleaning and furnace /air conditioning maintenance, connected us with companies for lawn care, replacement of mirrors inside the house, and she even assisted the vendor in making sure he was able to leave the home to make our tight deadline!

Eva continues to be in contact with us and still finds the time to help us get settled into our new home month after the sale has gone through. Working with Eva has been a true pleasure and she has exceeded my expectation on many fronts. Firstly, she is very knowledgeable. My girlfriend and I bought a home from Eva in Pre-Construction so we naturally had a lot of questions. We had to mix and match upgrades and options to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and Eva was there to explain the ins and outs of these options. Unlike with resale home where what you see is what you get, building from scratch forces you to construct a mental image of what it will eventually look like. Eva was paramount in informing us of the options and painting a picture for us.

Secondly, Eva is one of the most approachable and comforting people that I know. There can be many worries to say the least when you’re a first time home buyer. Sometimes it can be hard to ask difficult questions to people you don’t know well or that you have just met. Sales people often give off a feeling of disingenuous guidance and Eva is the complete opposite. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Eva difficult questions because I know she will answer with an honest, impartial and genuinely supportive response.

Thirdly, Eva is completely transparent. I never had a hard time getting in touch with her, never felt as though I was given the run-a-round and absolutely never felt as though I was being lied to.  I was on full disclosure about how she was compensated, and what we can expect from her.

Though the above point are by far more important than ease of doing business, for those people who actually work and cannot drop everything to sign a document, Eva makes the actual administrative process of purchasing a house very easy. Whether this is through fax, email text messaging, or meeting at a convenient location, Eva is prepared to make things simple and trouble-free. Not-to-mention that contacting her mortgage broker referral turned out to be the second best decision we made when buyer our home.

This was the first time I had worked with Eva and now I would never use anyone else. Hands-down the Agent of choice.

We have only recently met Eva Munch and to say that we are thoroughly impressed with her is an understatement. While real estate is her profession, she clearly doesn’t treat her clients as if she’s just doing her job. She provides such valuable input and follow through. Quite honestly, we have never had such a positive interaction with a realtor before.

The one thing that really sets her apart in our minds is how even after she has made the sale, she continues to reach out, provide information, source suppliers, etc. Oftentimes, once a deal is done, it is very difficult to get any further feedback or assistance from a realtor. How Can I describe Eva Munch? Eva is the most kind-hearted, humble and honest real estate agent I have ever met. When I met Eva, I was in a really sad situation and I basically felt my world was falling apart. Six years ago I lost my husband to cancer, and now with just one income I was forced to downsize. I moved into a very small place with most of my furniture in storage. I was very unhappy, my children hated the place and I must say it did not feel like home.
